What you will do

• Define and evolve the company-wide data architecture and strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation.
• Establish and govern a Master Data Management (MDM) framework across end-to-end business processes.
• Design scalable data architecture principles, standards, and target models.
• Drive the development of a modern data platform for secure and efficient integration across ERP, CRM, PLM, and customer portals.
• Enforce data governance policies, including ownership, stewardship, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sustainable architecture solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Data Architecture, Master Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Expertise in data modeling, API-based architectures, and data integration.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Platforms, Cloud Technologies, and complex landscapes involving ERP and CRM.
• Solid understanding of data protection regulations and information security principles.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
