What you will do

• Define technology vision and architecture strategies for enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• Lead technology roadmaps across web, ecommerce, cloud, data, and AI ecosystems.
• Act as an executive technology advisor to C-level stakeholders at strategic accounts.
• Provide technology oversight across multiple client programs to ensure quality and scalability.
• Build and develop high-performing engineering organizations through mentorship and talent planning.
• Contribute to commercial growth by leading technology responses for strategic RFPs and proposals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with 5+ years in senior management.
• Proven expertise in modern web architectures, cloud-native development, and API-first ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML solutions including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI governance.
• Experience leading large distributed engineering teams and managing multiple client engagements.
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and consultative selling.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1+) for executive communication and stakeholder management.
