What you will do
- Define technology vision and architecture strategies for enterprise-scale digital platforms.
- Lead technology roadmaps across web, ecommerce, cloud, data, and AI ecosystems.
- Act as an executive technology advisor to C-level stakeholders at strategic accounts.
- Provide technology oversight across multiple client programs to ensure quality and scalability.
- Build and develop high-performing engineering organizations through mentorship and talent planning.
- Contribute to commercial growth by leading technology responses for strategic RFPs and proposals.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with 5+ years in senior management.
- Proven expertise in modern web architectures, cloud-native development, and API-first ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML solutions including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI governance.
- Experience leading large distributed engineering teams and managing multiple client engagements.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and consultative selling.
- Professional proficiency in English (C1+) for executive communication and stakeholder management.
