What you will do

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to become a trusted growth partner.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality candidate pipeline through proactive engagement and industry credibility.
• Drive conversations and influence decisions to place high-performing candidates.
• Utilize market-leading technology and data insights to reduce administration and increase placement impact.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment or a sales-driven role.
• Proven track record of building credibility with both clients and candidates.
• Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how activity translates into revenue.
• Resilience and the ability to maintain consistency despite the non-linear nature of recruitment.
• Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL.
