What you will do

• Perform mechanical and electrical installation, testing, and troubleshooting of robotic systems in the shop and at customer sites.
• Execute system commissioning, including power-up, fine-tuning, and performance validation to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with deployment engineers and project managers to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Support refurbishment and reconditioning of returned systems and assist in testing new automation solutions.
• Document deployment procedures, lessons learned, and best practices to support scalable product rollouts.
• Provide diagnostics and technical support for newly deployed products before they transition to the service team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial 6-axis robots in installation, maintenance, or programming.
• 3+ years of experience installing and commissioning industrial machinery.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–60% for multi-day customer deployments.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for local travel.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in hands-on technical environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-of-line automation systems like robotic palletizing or case packing.
• Proficiency with industrial robot brands such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, or Universal Robots.
