What you will do

• Guide engineering teams in designing, developing, testing, and integrating robotics software and control systems.
• Own technical execution within project workstreams to ensure code quality and architectural consistency.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive implementation decisions regarding motion planning, control, simulation, and hardware integration.
• Establish and promote best practices for robotics software development, CI/CD, and simulation.
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and grow the team's robotics expertise.

Requirements

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams in robotics, automation, or embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of robotics fundamentals: motion planning, trajectory optimization, kinematics, and dynamics.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and Linux.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt2, and simulation-based development.
• Expertise in Git, CMake, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim.
