What you will do

• Define architecture for industrial robotics solutions including robotic arms, humanoid, and legged robots.
• Translate customer requirements and technical constraints into scalable and maintainable system architectures.
• Drive architectural decisions for motion planning, perception, simulation, and hardware integration.
• Establish best practices for software development, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.
• Mentor engineers and support technical growth within the Industrial Robotics & Automation subdivision.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including technical proposals and solution estimations.

Requirements

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience designing complex robotics software architectures for industrial automation.
• Deep knowledge of robotics fundamentals: kinematics, dynamics, motion planning, and control.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, Linux, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt2, and simulation-driven development.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim.
