What you will do

• Administer and maintain security systems including NGFW, SASE, NDR, and WAF tools for optimal performance.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning based on project and departmental requirements.
• Participate in the implementation and deployment of SASE and NDR solutions.
• Manage support tickets and interactions with vendors and third-party security service providers.
• Develop user instructions and optimize controls to improve the operational efficiency of network security services.
• Generate security and compliance reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in network security systems administration or related roles.
• Proven experience managing antivirus, NGFW, VPN/CASB/SASE, NDR, and WAF solutions.
• Understanding of least-privilege principles, just-in-time access, and basic compliance frameworks.
• Experience interacting with vendors to troubleshoot and escalate security issues.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Riga, Budva, or Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CCNA.
• Experience with cloud security environments and tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automating security tasks.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and micro-segmentation strategies.
