Specialist Technical Engineer SAS Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work model with up to 20 days per year of remote work from other locations.

What you will do

• Define, design, and implement cybersecurity controls and secure access solutions for the VOLT DNO ecosystem.
• Integrate security and identity solutions into OSS architecture, including connectivity, UAM, IAM, and related platforms.
• Manage vulnerabilities, remediation activities, secure software lifecycle processes, audits, and compliance evidence.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of systems and solutions within approved timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, design authorities, Group Cyber Security, and external suppliers.
• Align business requirements, security architecture, and vendor product roadmaps with hirify.global's strategy.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in telecommunications or IT.
• University degree in computer science, telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS architecture, IT security controls, log management, and user access management.
• Experience with IAM and remote vendor access solutions, such as SailPoint, Oracle, Citrix, ZTNA, or MAVD.
• Knowledge of operating systems, databases, Microsoft systems, hardening baselines, SIEM, EDR, MFA, and antivirus solutions.
• Very good English communication skills and experience managing large, complex projects or programs.
