Senior Information Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead advanced vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling exercises.
• Guide SOC teams through complex threats, targeted attacks, and advanced persistent threat scenarios.
• Design security tool architectures, automations, and workflows that improve detection and mitigation.
• Lead critical incident response activities, forensic investigations, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
• Develop security policies, standards, procedures, incident response playbooks, and security awareness initiatives.
• Evaluate security technologies, manage their lifecycle, and support vendor assessments and high-impact project reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
• 5–7 years of Information Security experience, including at least 3 years in a senior, lead, or architect-level role.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise security systems and architectures.
• Strong proficiency in threat analysis, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR systems, and security control frameworks.
• Deep understanding of compliance requirements and security governance principles.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and project delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP.
