What you will do

• Conduct investigations for EDD, Proof of Funds/Wealth, Transaction Monitoring, and PEP/Sanctions screening.
• Prepare high-quality case documentation, including SARs and case presentations for AML Officers.
• Make reasoned compliance decisions balancing regulatory requirements with customer impact.
• Contribute to internal and external reporting, including Controls Reports and Annual AML Reports.
• Collaborate with first-line teams and Legal to manage escalations and improve cross-team processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AML Officer or in a similar financial crime compliance role.
• Strong professional judgement and ability to document decisions clearly.
• Experience working in a high-regulatory environment, ideally within crypto, fintech, or banking.
• Comfortable working in a shift-based schedule.
• Ability to communicate complexity in a transparent manner.

Nice to have

• ACAMS or similar professional compliance qualification.
