TL;DR
Lead Fullstack Software Engineer (.NET/Angular): Building enterprise-scale investment management products with an accent on technical leadership, test architecture, and automation. Focus on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing DDD patterns, and mentoring engineers to ensure high-quality delivery in a complex fintech environment.
Location: Hybrid: 2 days in the office (Warsaw, Poland), 3 days remote

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and testing of enterprise software.
- Define and own the team's test architecture and overall quality strategy.
- Balance active coding in C#, Angular, and APL with guiding automation initiatives.
- Mentor and coach engineers in development, automation, and testing best practices.
- Collaborate with POs, TLs, and architects to align technical goals with business needs.
- Implement improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with combined Dev/QA responsibilities.
- Expertise in .NET/C# and working knowledge of Angular.
- Strong background in test automation (E2E, API, Integration) and test strategy.
- Experience with Azure Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps) and SQL.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech or capital markets.
- Knowledge of financial derivatives (options, futures, swaps).
