Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Manila (One Ayala Tower 2)

What you will do

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve ALM and IRRBB processes and reporthirify.global workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate complex needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Perform data analysis, validation activities, and root cause investigations ushirify.global SQL.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Coordinate testhirify.global activities, production releases, and business sign-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure global operational stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience within bankhirify.global or financial services.
• Experience workhirify.global with SQL, data analysis, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Bankhirify.global, Finance, Risk Management, ALM, or IRRBB domains.
• Must be based in Manila.
