Client Policy Analyst, Compensation

Location: Hybrid role in Manila, 6805 Ayala Ave. Limited domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Review SEC filings and proxy statements, focusing on executive compensation programs and share-based compensation plans.
• Review the application of client voting policies and prepare summaries explaining results for specific proposals.
• Deliver client reports and support policy-related data projects.
• Train and coach data analysts while coordinating deliverables between data and policy teams.
• Explain compensation policies, methodologies, and analytical outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Use analytical tools, models, and technology platforms for quantitative and qualitative assessments.

Requirements

• Fluent English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in executive pay governance research.
• Strong knowledge of executive compensation practices, governance trends, and corporate disclosures.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and compensation-related data models.
• Bachelor’s degree, ability to collaborate across global time zones, and willingness to travel when needed.

Nice to have

• Professional written Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience training regional data teams.
