What you will do
- Complete assigned transaction evaluations and attend internal and external calibration sessions.
- Oversee performance and service quality to support customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients and team members, understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for management.
- Analyze data and observations to develop effective strategies and process improvements.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in process transformation.
- Ability to work with MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend identification, and improvement recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build professional rapport with colleagues.
