Business Analyst for Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting - Data Modelling

What you will do

• Analyze complex Finance, statutory, regulatory, and ESG reporting issues across squads and tribes.
• Gather, structure, prioritize, and maintain business and non-functional requirements, translating epics into features and user stories.
• Design business processes, information flows, logical data models, and functional and solution designs.
• Coordinate requirements and solution content across Finance, IT, architecture, risk, compliance, legal, and other specialist domains.
• Present solution alternatives, feasibility studies, impact analyses, decision sheets, and business cases to support stakeholder decisions.
• Support agile delivery, acceptance criteria, use cases, validation, training materials, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a comparable field.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Business Analysis, including requirements, process, information, and risk analysis.
• Cross-domain knowledge of Finance, business, IT, process management, and financial services.
• Working knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Lean.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work onsite in Manila.
