Game Operations Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and execute game releases and content updates across various environments.
• Manage game configurations, including metadata, feature settings, and environment parameters.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new markets and operator integrations to ensure operational readiness.
• Provide technical and operational support during and after launch activities.
• Monitor live processes and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and release quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve configuration and integration challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in game operations, content distribution, or release coordination.
• Must be authorized to work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external partners or third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems.
• Proficiency with release processes, build tools, and Excel.
