What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of in-house casino games from concept through to launch and ongoing performance optimization.
• Define and drive the in-house game strategy aligned with broader casino content and business objectives.
• Lead and guide the studio management team to deliver on operational commitments and quality standards.
• Act as Product Owner, setting scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria for game development.
• Partner with analytics teams to drive continuous improvement and commercial performance through data-driven insights.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the gaming portfolio.

Requirements

• Strong experience in game development, product management, or casino/gaming environments.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Ability to operate strategically while delivering detailed execution in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Must be based in Johannesburg or willing to work onsite.
