What you will do

• Lead the Game Project Management function across project delivery, programme management, prioritisation, reporting and operational systems.
• Define pragmatic project management methodologies, governance standards, stage gates, RAID management and escalation paths.
• Own the central portfolio view, demand intake, prioritisation, capacity planning and investment cases across Game Operations.
• Improve workflows, tools and systems across Game Operations, Game Enablement, Game Release Management and Integrations.
• Introduce automation and AI where they reduce manual effort, improve throughput and shorten cycle times.
• Manage, coach and develop project managers and operations leads while communicating delivery status and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project or programme management, including senior-level delivery leadership.
• Direct iGaming or adjacent regulated-industry experience is required.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in fast-moving environments.
• Experience creating resourcing plans, investment cases and cost-based delivery reporting.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Expertise in project and programme methodology, governance, prioritisation, KPIs, process improvement and delivery tools such as Jira or Monday.com.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or an equivalent portfolio or programme management qualification.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to project and process delivery.
