What you will do

• Independently manage UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, and Mintegral.
• Own the acquisition P&L for assigned titles, focusing on Spend, CPI, D120 ROAS, Margin, and LTV.
• Drive creative strategy by designing hypotheses and utilizing AI generation tools for analysis.
• Build UA automation infrastructure including budget monitoring agents and optimization rules via network APIs.
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to align UA, monetization, and retention loops.
• Anticipate and adapt to ecosystem changes such as SKAN and privacy updates.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of mobile gaming UA experience, specifically in hyper-casual or hybrid-casual genres.
• Verifiable track record of scaling titles with demonstrable before-and-after performance figures.
• Deep understanding of attribution, MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer), and post-ATT measurement (SKAN).
• Analytical autonomy to build LTV models using Looker or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated experience building production-ready automation using Python scripts, network APIs, or LLM agents.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI agents in production for creative analysis or campaign optimization.
• Strong Python skills beyond basic scripting.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of titles from soft launch to global launch.
