What you will do

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and specialized repairs on wind turbines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults to maximize turbine availability.
• Analyze performance data to create and implement action plans for fleet improvement.
• Provide on-site software and hardware updates and technical support.
• Collaborate with back-office staff and other technicians to demonstrate best practices.
• Document maintenance activities and alarm handling through detailed reporting.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Proven experience in the mechanical or electrical industry.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams.
• Full UK or EU Driving Licence required.
• Physical fitness to work at heights up to 140m and pass a working-at-height test.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call weekend rotation.
