What you will do

• Design and operate secure, scalable network solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Manage the edge-security stack, including WAFs, firewalls, proxies, and load balancers.
• Define and tune security policies to protect public APIs and internal services while minimizing false positives.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to ensure repeatable and auditable network changes.
• Lead incident response for network and security events, including postmortems and remediation.
• Collaborate with Compliance and InfoSec teams to maintain PCI and SOX regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in cloud networking and security in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, routing, and VPN/IPsec.
• Practical experience with AWS networking services (VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, AWS Network Firewall).
• Experience managing firewalls, specifically FortiGate.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD integration.
• Strong written and spoken English for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-criticality environments like fintech, banking, or global e-commerce.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS and SOX compliance requirements.
• AWS certifications (Advanced Networking, Security Specialty, or Solutions Architect).
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures (GCP, Azure).
