What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product and system creation from initial start to market launch, ensuring financial targets and timelines are met.
• Coach and motivate cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost (3ON) delivery.
• Develop and manage overall project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and comprehensive risk mitigation.
• Drive the finalization of upfront product definitions, including commercial specifications and marketing introduction plans.
• Manage relationships and coordination with internal stakeholders and external OEM/ODM partners.
• Oversee quality processes and ensure compliance with specifications to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Academic degree in technical engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of professional project management experience.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong leadership, people management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing external subcontractors and OEM/ODM partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in Floor Care products (e.g., stick vacuums, robotic vacuums).
