What you will do
- Analyze and judge the compliance of test data and results/reports.
- Interpret Automotive EMC standards and customer test plans.
- Oversee and understand the working principles of test systems.
- Manage project technical requirements, quality, schedules, and reporting.
- Communicate with customers to ensure expectations and needs are fully understood.
- Lead responses to OEM and client audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Electronics, Measurement & Control, Automation, or Automotive Service Engineering).
- Must be based in Shanghai, China (Onsite).
- Proficient English with excellent oral communication skills.
- Solid foundation in electronic engineering knowledge.
- Familiarity with laboratory operation procedures and ability to write test SOPs.
- Experience in automotive EMC testing is preferred.
