What you will do

• Lead the planning, architecture, and management of professional services engagements.
• Provide comprehensive project guidance, including schedules, communication plans, and resource management.
• Design and assess availability solutions, focusing on data protection and monitoring.
• Analyze installed environments to guide optimal software configurations for clients.
• Create technical documentation, white papers, and solutions guides.
• Facilitate technical communication between clients and internal support teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Core products and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proven experience in Consulting and Project Management, with certifications like PMP, Prince 2, or ITIL.
• Deep technical knowledge of networking protocols, storage systems, and enterprise applications (SQL, Oracle, Exchange).
• Extensive experience with Data Center, Business Continuity, and Operating Systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent professional experience.
