Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Singapore. Must have current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Enhance the quality gates of agentic pipelines to determine if translations are suitable for auto-publishing.
• Build AI-driven product testing tools to automatically detect localization defects such as layout breakage and hardcoded strings.
• Develop the backbone for quality measurement, including golden datasets, annotation tooling, and automated evaluation dashboards.
• Manage the trade-off between automation coverage and risk across different content tiers.
• Integrate localization tests into internal product testing infrastructure to ensure quality before feature releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI agent systems, agent harnesses, and evaluation datasets.
• Experience building content platforms, testing platforms, or SaaS products (CMS, internal tooling).
• Proven track record of shipping products across multiple global markets and languages.
• Current right to work in Singapore is required.

Nice to have

• Background in localization/translation, including TMS tools (Phrase, Smartling) and internationalization (ICU/CLDR).
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (Chinese or European languages).
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or other high-compliance regulated domains.
