TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (AI/ML): Designing and localizing supply chain management products for ordering, inventory, fulfillment planning, and network design with an accent on optimization, machine learning, and agentic decision systems. Focus on defining product strategy, translating operational needs into scalable solutions, and shipping measurable outcomes with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do
- Own product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, KPIs, PRDs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and scope decisions.
- Lead supply chain management products covering ordering, inbound placement and scheduling, inventory management, transfers, and fulfillment network design.
- Partner with retail, warehouse operations, instock, category management, S&OP, inbound planning, engineering, and data science stakeholders.
- Translate operational problems into scalable AI, machine learning, optimization, and operations research product solutions.
- Define success metrics, conduct user acceptance testing and A/B testing, and iterate using operational and real-time data.
- Identify opportunities, analyze structured and unstructured data, and rapidly prototype product hypotheses using AI tools and advanced analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of product management experience and a track record of shipping products at scale.
- Experience shipping at least one non-trivial optimization or machine-learning-backed product to production.
- Fluent English is required for PRDs, technical specifications, executive updates, and daily collaboration with global engineering and data science teams.
- Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable, AI-integrated solutions and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Hands-on SQL proficiency, experience managing concurrent projects, and willingness to bridge strategy with tactical operational execution.
Nice to have
- Experience with fulfillment center planning, automated inventory management, route scheduling, or network capacity design.
- Experience with vendor-facing systems, inbound planning, and inbound operations.
- Experience shipping AI-agent products, including tool specifications, guardrails, and human handoffs.
- Python skills sufficient for prototyping and reading data science code.
