What you will do
- Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, hardening, maintenance, and version management.
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Support critical production environments, analyze incidents, and troubleshoot system and service issues within defined SLAs.
- Execute operating system patching, updates, and basic PowerShell automation.
- Maintain operational documentation and implement system changes according to ITIL and organizational procedures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Windows Server installation, configuration, hardening, and ongoing maintenance.
- Basic experience administering Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience analyzing system events and logs and troubleshooting operating system and service issues.
- Basic scripting or automation experience with PowerShell.
- Intermediate English proficiency required for technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with IIS, file services, or print services.
- Exposure to VMware or Microsoft Azure environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL incident, change, and problem management practices.
- Strong documentation skills and willingness to follow standardized procedures.
