What you will do

• Administer and support Windows Server OS (2012-2022), including installation, configuration, and hardening.
• Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide operational support for critical production environments and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Execute OS patching, updates, and version management.
• Implement basic automation and scripting using PowerShell.
• Maintain operational documentation according to ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Windows server installation, configuration, and hardening.
• Proficiency in administering Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ability to analyze system events and logs to troubleshoot OS and service issues.
• Basic scripting experience with PowerShell.
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with IIS, file services, and print services.
• Exposure to virtualized or cloud environments like VMware or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident and change management.
