TL;DR

Business Process Analyst (Power Platform): Defining and rolling out business solutions by bridging the gap between end users and IT resources with an accent on requirements management and process optimization. Focus on creating workflows, mockups, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions to add organizational value.

Location: Must be local to Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. Relocation is not provided.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business end users and IT resources to define and roll out solutions.
  • Gather, document business requirements, and implement changes that add value to the organization across functional boundaries.
  • Manage requirements planning and communicate project status to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop business solutions, including creating test plans, testing solutions, providing user training, and basic support.
  • Create process documentation, workflows, mockups, and wireframes to support process improvements.
  • Perform troubleshooting to replicate and identify root causes of system issues.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in business process analysis.
  • Must be based in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines.
  • Strong documentation and diagramming skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint).
  • Exposure to AI tools or technologies.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of CSO business processes.
