What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of standard and moderately complex customer projects, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and implementation activities; monitor progress against milestones and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across Operations, Engineering, Field Services, and Delivery teams, including installation, testing, service activation, and acceptance.
• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customer projects, providing regular status updates and progress reports.
• Identify and manage operational risks, issues, dependencies, and routine change requests; escalate complex matters when needed.
• Oversee implementation of hirify.global Business services (Data & Network, Voice, Security, Cloud, IoT) and support operational handover with accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management; experience coordinating customer-facing project deliveries.
• Preferred experience in telecommunications, ICT, or information technology projects.
• General understanding of hirify.global Business solutions (Cloud, Security, Data & Network, Voice, Enterprise Connectivity) and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project planning, reporting, and project management tools; basic understanding of commercial and contractual aspects.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to escalate when required.
