What you will do

• Develop and enhance the global Finance master data strategy in collaboration with Finance and Master Data teams.
• Lead Finance master data governance, improvement, and migration projects.
• Review and approve day-to-day Finance master data requests.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data quality and processes.
• Establish and maintain monitoring, reporting, and data quality metrics for Finance master data.
• Collaborate with global master data maintenance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in master data governance, maintenance, and migration.
• Strong expertise in Finance master data, including General Ledger (GL) Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Vendors, Customers, and Materials.
• Experience working with SAP Finance.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive continuous improvement mindset, and ability to collaborate across global and cross-cultural teams.
