Credit Analyst (Night Shift)

Location: 6750 Building, Ayala, Makati City, Philippines; hybrid work model with remote work from home several days a week

What you will do

• Manage customer account portfolios, review counterparty financial standing, and assess industry, business outlook, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare credit assessments and administer approvals for credit limits, terms, and orders blocked due to credit violations.
• Apply credit risk mitigation strategies, including reviewing collateral, securities, documentary letters of credit, and standby letters of credit.
• Monitor credit KPIs such as payment performance, collection efficiency, and days sales outstanding.
• Coordinate with banks, trading operations, traders, and legal teams on acceptable LC formats, credit security notifications, bank charges, and confirmation fees.
• Prepare credit management reports, support credit risk process and systems development, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills across management levels.
• Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a strong accounting background.
• Ability to work systematically, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, balance risks with business requirements, and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or corporate data analysis.
