Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (MedTech): Leading compensation planning, labor headcount forecasting, actuals reporting, and financial business partnering for Corporate legal entities with an accent on workforce cost analysis, executive reporting, and cross-functional decision support. Focus on developing financial models and scenario analyses, managing close and control activities, leading a finance team, and driving process automation and transformation.
Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines. Work shift: EMEA/Night Shift. International travel may be required for 0–10% of working time.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end compensation planning and labor headcount forecasting across assigned Corporate legal entities.
- Partner with FP&A, Business Unit Finance, HR, Payroll, Total Rewards, Benefits, Equity, and other stakeholders on workforce and compensation forecasts.
- Deliver actuals reporting, executive presentations, business reviews, dashboards, variance analysis, and actionable financial commentary.
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including labor expense analysis, accruals, reconciliations, account monitoring, controls, and audits.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for compensation planning and actuals operations.
- Drive process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and transformation across planning and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, workforce planning, compensation planning, or accounting.
- Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional stakeholder engagements.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and planning tools such as Anaplan; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, SOX, audit requirements, project management, and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in a global, matrixed, shared services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, MedTech, or BPO environment.
