What you will do

• Set the product direction and roadmap for margin financing, securities lending, and clearing & settlement systems.
• Own the architecture design for trade clearing, position and balance settlement, multilateral netting, and reconciliation.
• Optimize core margin systems, including collateral valuation, cross/isolated margin logic, and liquidation handling.
• Collaborate with trading engineering teams to translate complex financing needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning and requirement definition to release and launch.
• Monitor system performance and settlement integrity to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of margin financing, securities lending mechanics, and clearing & settlement flows.
• Experience designing or owning the architecture of clearing/settlement or margin systems in TradFi or crypto.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Math).
• Ability to translate trading logics and risk methods into detailed product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on system-level tasks (direct product management experience is not strictly required).
