What you will do

• Lead lease administration activities, ensuring accurate maintenance of lease databases and compliance with client data standards.
• Oversee lease data abstraction, quality reviews, reporting accuracy, and rent payment processing.
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight and management to a team of Lease Administration Analysts.
• Coordinate the abstraction and upload of lease-related documents while tracking critical dates.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc portfolio reports and lead lease administration status meetings.
• Collaborate with clients to support reporting and portfolio management needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team in Portfolio Lease Administration.
• Strong ability to interpret complex lease and legal documents and identify key terms.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders in matrixed and multi-regional environments.
