What you will do

• Collect lease and sales comparable data using tools like Pricefinder and Realcommercial.com.au.
• Develop detailed Deal Summaries and prepare Due Diligence Reports, including zoning checks and financial calculations.
• Manage CRM (Monday.com) by updating agent contacts and property statuses.
• Generate monthly market reports and yield trackers using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Coordinate post-sale administrative tasks and prepare agency agreements for e-signatures.
• Create EDM Buyer Briefs and social media case studies for marketing support.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate, valuation, or property analysis (commercial preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for agent calls.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for comparisons and PowerPoint for reports.
• Familiarity with the Australian property market.
• Property-related degree or coursework in Real Estate, Finance, or Market Analysis.
