What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to meet yield and cycle time targets.
• Monitor production yield to detect excursions and conduct process mapping.
• Implement immediate containment and design experiments to identify root causes of production issues.
• Conduct data queries and analysis to provide actionable insights for engineering teams.
• Ensure process sustainability by monitoring KPIVs/KPOVs and managing Fast Triggering systems.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Woodlands, Singapore.
