What you will do

• Drive the strategy, prioritization, and continuous improvement of scalable and reliable data products.
• Conduct discovery activities including research, user interviews, and stakeholder analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define and manage product backlogs, translating business needs into functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Manage the complete data product lifecycle from conceptual definition to implementation and performance measurement.
• Support the integration of AI and Generative AI initiatives within data products and business processes.
• Promote best practices for data quality, governance, reliability, and a data-driven organizational culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Product Manager, Product Manager, or in an equivalent role.
• Experience managing datasets, data APIs, analytics platforms, or data consumption layers.
• Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, including collection, transformation, governance, and consumption.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern product management practices.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and governance tools like OpenMetadata.
• Experience with data-driven digital products and digital transformation initiatives.
• Certifications in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Cloud technologies.
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI use cases for business productivity and analytics.
