What you will do

• Shape and execute the roadmap for scalable, automated survey processing on the Data Platform.
• Lead the migration from legacy pipelines to the new platform, ensuring minimal disruption to client delivery.
• Partner with Data Engineering, ML Engineering, and Research teams to translate complex pipeline needs into platform capabilities.
• Reduce time from survey completion to client availability through workflow automation and validation frameworks.
• Champion observability, data quality, lineage, and governance-by-design, including GDPR compliance.
• Balance technical excellence with commercial impact to ensure platform investments deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• Product management experience in data platforms, data infrastructure, or highly technical B2B environments.
• Strong technical fluency in data modeling, orchestration (e.g., Airflow), transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt), and APIs.
• Deep understanding of data quality, observability, governance, and compliance (GDPR experience highly valued).
• Ability to define clear data contracts and scalable patterns.
• Confident stakeholder management across engineering, research, and leadership.
• Experience owning or contributing to platform migrations or large-scale architectural evolution.
