What you will do

• Create visually engaging proposals, presentations, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences to communicate complex ideas.
• Design UI/UX mockups and prototypes across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Research and apply client branding guidelines while maintaining consistency with established design systems.
• Develop and manage creative assets, including illustrations, graphics, icons, videos, and animations.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools into the design workflow for ideation, prototyping, and asset creation.
• Provide creative direction and quality oversight to designers and creative contributors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX design roles.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Proven experience creating pitch decks, sales proposals, and interactive digital solutions.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Google Slides.
• Practical experience using AI creative tools for generative asset creation and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, visual storytelling, and client-facing materials.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation tools such as After Effects.
• Background in marketing, brand communications, adult learning, or game design.
• Familiarity with Webflow for building landing pages and interactive demos.
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and inclusive design practices.
