What you will do
- Partner with the Client Solutions team to design engaging proposal and presentation decks.
- Conceptualize and ideate visual solutions that communicate complex learning ecosystems.
- Develop custom UI/UX mock-ups and prototypes for eLearning, gamification, and mobile/web apps.
- Maintain and elevate the brand identity and design system across all sales materials.
- Direct creative team members and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables.
- Integrate generative AI tools into the creative flow for ideation, prototyping, and asset generation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Costa Rica, Mexico, or Brazil
- 4+ years of professional graphic design and UI/UX design experience.
- Proven experience creating pitch decks, sales proposals, and interactive digital solutions.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools for mockups and visual asset creation.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Slides.
- Strong ability to maintain and apply brand guidelines and design systems.
- English proficiency required for all communications
Nice to have
- Hands-on development experience in Webflow.
- Background in adult learning, education, or game design.
- Experience with animation tools like After Effects.
- Design thinking and content strategy experience.
