What you will do

• Architect end-to-end user experiences by mapping complex user flows, journey maps, and wireframes.
• Evolve and strengthen the design system to ensure consistency and create scalable UI patterns.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes with motion and micro-interactions.
• Translate business goals and strategic insights into scalable UX frameworks.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle to improve the overall customer journey.
• Collaborate within cross-functional agile teams to iterate designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design at a Senior, Principal, or Lead level.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency with Figma (interactive components and variables), ProtoPie, Principle, or Framer.
• Expertise in design systems, information architecture, and responsive design for desktop and mobile.
• Experience creating polished, production-ready user experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or digital event products.
• Background working in fast-paced, product-led organizations.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
