What you will do

• Design large-scale, complex products for a global player audience.
• Create design artifacts including journey maps, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Communicate data-informed design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop Minimum Viable Experiences (MVE) to ship value incrementally.
• Ensure end-to-end experiential quality and consistency across features.
• Collaborate with leadership to define design best practices and standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX or Interaction Designer.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Dublin office.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across timezones (Dublin and Los Angeles).
• Portfolio of previous work is required for the application.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in UX or interactive design.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related design field.
• Experience in the video game industry, especially with live-service games.
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
