Environmental Assistant

Environmental Assistant (Compliance): Implementing and maintaining an Environmental Management System (EMS) with an accent on SOP development and regulatory compliance. Location: Onsite in Le Sueur, MN

Salary: $17.15 - $22.66 per hour

What you will do

• Implement an Environmental Management System (EMS) by developing SOPs and documenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Review regulatory standards to ensure company compliance in all documentation and procedures.
• Conduct environmental inspections, document action items, and collaborate on root cause and corrective actions.
• Manage and support the ENV electronic database and record management systems.
• Assist in training employees to increase awareness and deployment of EHS Management System policies.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve the overall environmental performance of the organization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Junior or Senior status preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Le Sueur, MN.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 60 lbs, working at heights, and wearing required PPE.
