What you will do

• Develop and maintain diagnostic and analysis tools for debugging and optimizing hirify.global Servers' performance.
• Define and drive critical software validation tasks across various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to replicate and debug issues.
• Provide impact assessments and technical solutions for identified bugs to ensure high-quality launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or related STEM field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming, including object-oriented design and multithreaded techniques.
• Experience with software validation and CI/CD methods.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows internals, drivers, and runtime.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Unrestricted permanent right to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in low-level firmware coding and debugging.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Xeon architecture, including Un-Core and platform.
• Experience with Xeon performance monitoring tools and hardware hooks.
• Familiarity with thermal and power customer validation and debug use models.
