What you will do

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising channels.
• Optimize audience targeting, refresh creative assets, and implement performance improvements.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs to maximize efficiency and achieve growth goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and execute creative testing for ads and landing pages.
• Collaborate with internal creative and analytics teams to execute successful campaigns and reporting.
• Recommend new targeting strategies and stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance data and optimizing toward KPIs.
• Experience managing budgets and multiple concurrent marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in health or wellness advertising environments.
• Familiarity with Meta and Google’s health-related advertising policies.
