What you will do

• Oversee financial integrity and accounting accuracy for the $1.5B AECO segment.
• Drive global digital transformation using modern software and AI automation tools.
• Provide strategic accounting advice to the business leadership team to influence commercial decisions.
• Lead, cultivate, and mentor a high-performing global accounting team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in high-growth tech, software, or SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Robust expertise in leading US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance in a global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale finance teams while partnering with executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Active CPA or CMA certification.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and FloQast.
• Experience leveraging modern AI or automation tools to drive operational scale.
