What you will do

• Configure, develop, and support Varicent Incentive Compensation (ICM) solutions.
• Build and maintain data import processes for compensation and performance data.
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot compensation calculation logic and business rules.
• Create reports, dashboards, and compensation outputs for stakeholders.
• Develop custom Python scripts for automation, integrations, and data transformations.
• Support production compensation cycles, payout validation, and ongoing system maintenance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and Varicent development/configuration.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and data management tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and technical design for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with ICM solutions, reporting, and workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN.

Nice to have

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.
• Knowledge of commission, incentive, or sales compensation administration processes.
• Experience with large-scale incentive programs and rigorous change management.
