What you will do

• Design defensible and scalable IAM security solutions tailored to each client's unique environment.
• Partner with account teams to drive the generation of services and technologies to meet quota objectives.
• Conduct requirements gathering, technology selection, and coordinate security technology evaluations.
• Develop comprehensive security strategies and execution roadmaps aligned with business goals and ROI metrics.
• Maintain advisory relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with technology partners.
• Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure excellence in solution implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in an information security role focused on Identity and Access Management.
• Must be based in TX, MO, KS, or OK.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent applicable work experience.
• Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to lead technology-focused discussions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing whiteboard sessions and proposals.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% as needed.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or GIAC.
• Vendor-specific certifications focused on the IAM specialty.
• Experience speaking and evangelizing technology vision at professional events.
