What you will do

• Develop and execute the Corporate IT SOX compliance strategy and lead annual and quarterly planning activities.
• Establish governance processes for the full IT control lifecycle, including design, testing, monitoring, and remediation.
• Conduct enterprise-wide IT risk assessments to identify significant applications and technology dependencies.
• Oversee the design and monitoring of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and Application Controls (ITACs) across IAM, SDLC, and data governance.
• Act as the primary liaison between Corporate IT and external/internal auditors to ensure audit readiness.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards on compliance status and risk exposure to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of progressive experience in IT Audit, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity.
• 5–7 years of direct experience leading SOX compliance or governance programs within a publicly traded company or Big Four firm.
• Demonstrated experience with ICFR, SOC 1, SOC 2, and frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, NIST, or ISO 27001.
• Location: Must be based in Texas.

• Master’s degree.
• Professional certifications: CISA, CISSP, CPA, CRISC, or CISM.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, OneStream, Databricks, SAP B1, or Salesforce.
