What you will do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for cybersecurity products.
• Translate security, risk, and compliance requirements into scalable product capabilities and prioritized initiatives.
• Manage Agile delivery processes, including backlog prioritization and iterative releases.
• Develop solutions to improve security operations, control effectiveness, and risk reduction.
• Define KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption, efficiency, and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure secure-by-design solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in product management (7+ years preferred).
• Proven track record of managing product strategy and enterprise-scale delivery.
• Experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, compliance, DevSecOps, or secure engineering.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, Zero Trust) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with observability concepts, telemetry, and security automation.
